Terms of payment
1. Registration for Participation:
Customers register for participation/purchase products at Tour Trekking by transferring funds to the account specified by Tropical Trekking or by paying in cash.
2. Payment Methods:
You must provide us with a current, valid, and accepted payment method (referred to as the "Payment Method") to use the Service. This does not waive our right to seek direct payment through any other means if the Payment Method fails. If the payment is unsuccessful due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons and you do not update your Payment Method or cancel your account, you remain responsible for any uncollected purchases or fees and allow us to continue charging the Payment Method. This may result in a change to your payment date. We use third-party payment service providers to facilitate your Payment Method or use traditional direct payment methods for your service convenience. Your payment terms will be based on the Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and your financial institution, credit/debit card issuer, or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. We disclaim all liabilities related to the security of the Payment Method. You will be responsible for resolving any disputes with your financial institution, credit/debit card issuer, or other provider of your chosen Payment Method.
3. Taxes:
Operational fees include all applicable taxes as required by law. You agree that your fees are subject to all applicable taxes, duties, fees, charges, and/or costs, now or in the future. You agree to do everything necessary and required by the relevant laws to enable, assist, and/or defend us to claim or verify any input tax credit, set-off, rebate, or refund concerning any taxes paid or payable in connection with the Service.
4. Payment Time:
You must complete your order within 24 hours of registration. After this period, the order will not be accepted if there is a price change.
5. Ticket Refund or Exchange Policy:
Tropical Trekking applies a No Refund/No Exchange policy: Purchased transactions are non-refundable, and we will not refund or credit any partial or unused activities unless you provide us with reliable evidence to prove that you have been wrongly billed or other exceptional cases.
Refunds are only made when your account has been debited, and the amount has been transferred to our account, but our system has not recorded your ticket booking, and you have not received a successful booking confirmation. In this case, please contact us at tropicaltrekkingclub@gmail.com
After confirming the unsuccessful transaction information provided by the customer, the refund time will vary depending on the customer's account type:
(i) Domestic bank ATM cards: refund within 48 working hours.
(ii) Visa/Master cards (excluding Vietcombank): refund within one week from the nearest statement date.
6. Ticket Booking Confirmation Emails and Messages:
Within 60 minutes of successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed ticket information sent to the email address you provided. We are not responsible if the email/phone number information you entered is incorrect, resulting in you not receiving our confirmation email. Please double-check this information before making payment.
If you need support or have questions or complaints about the ticket confirmation email, please send an email to contact@tropicaltrekking.club. We only accept complaints received from this email address. If we do not receive an email from you within 60 minutes of a successful transaction, our responsibility is considered fulfilled. We will not resolve any complaints or disputes after this period.
We do not support and will not be responsible if the confirmation email has been sent to your email address, but you cannot attend the program (no-show) for any reason.
The confirmation email may go to your spam folder, so please check it before contacting us.
7. Delivery:
If you purchase a product, we will provide delivery services as soon as the order is verified. Delivery time and fees depend on your area/country. We are not responsible for any damage arising from your local postal service. Delivery times may vary depending on the area/country and demand at that time.
We will only be able to provide an estimated delivery date, but we will not be responsible for any delays caused by the local supplier/postal service, and delivery times may vary between areas.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without compensation and/or prevent you from accessing the Platform and/or Service if you repeatedly violate this policy. We have the sole discretion to remove certain activities from the Platform and/or Service. We are not responsible for any canceled activities.
8. Journey Confirmation:
Please carefully check online confirmations, emails, and/or mobile notifications as they will provide important information for receiving tickets for the event/program you registered for.
Additionally, you need to bring a photo ID such as a Citizen ID/Passport/Driver's License throughout the journey. By making a payment through this website, you accept the identification number you are issued. You agree that in cases of program/event changes or force majeure, we have the right to refund any tickets purchased through this website or transfer the ticket to another event/program at your request and our capacity.
**LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY**
Unless otherwise noted in writing, all services, information, content, tools, and products (including software) provided by us or displayed on the website and related products of Tropical Trekking are based on our operational regulations and suppliers.
You agree that using our services, information, content, tools, and products or displayed on the website and related products is at your own risk. We do not guarantee any services, information, content, tools provided by us, or displayed on the website and related products. Our server and messages sent from us are free of viruses or any harmful elements. Unless otherwise noted in writing, we disclaim liability for any damage arising from using our services, information, content, tools, and products or displayed on the website and related products.
If laws and regulations issued by the State conflict with any disclaimers or legal responsibilities, those points will not apply to you. This means you have additional rights.
