Please note, Tropical Trekking does not record and store customer payment card information. To resolve payment disputes, we may request you provide your payment card information to cross-check and coordinate with the Payment Gateway and banks to process the issue. Complaint records will be stored and strictly secured.

2. Scope of Information Use

Customer information is an essential part of Tropical Trekking's operations and helps improve the customer experience. Tropical Trekking's business does not include selling this information to third parties. We only provide customer information to the entities listed below or to third parties to ensure customer benefits according to Tropical Trekking's privacy commitments.

- Affiliated partners not controlled by Tropical Trekking: We are closely associated with many partners. One of the partners you may see is event organizers. In other words, when a third party is involved with your transactions, we will share relevant customer information with the respective third party.
