Return policy

1. Notes on Tour Transfer/Cancellation for Tour Purchasers

After payment, if you wish to transfer/cancel a tour, please bring the Travel Ticket/Invoice to the Tropical Trekking office or email contact@tropicaltrekking.club to complete the transfer/cancellation procedure and bear the fees as per Tropical Trekking's regulations. We do not handle tour transfer/cancellation requests over the phone.

Note: After sending the email, please inbox our fanpage @tropicaltrekking to notify us to avoid the possibility of us not receiving your email.

2. Return Policy for Purchasers:

2.1 For services, the departure night will be the reference point to determine the time of postponement/cancellation.
- Customers who notify 14 days in advance: Receive a 70% refund or transfer to the nearest tour (as per Tropical Trekking's schedule).
- Customers who notify 10 days in advance: Receive a 50% refund or transfer to the nearest tour (as per Tropical Trekking's schedule).
- Customers who notify from 10 days to 7 days before departure: Receive a 30% refund or transfer to the nearest tour (as per Tropical Trekking's schedule).
- Customers who notify within 7 days before the tour: We will transfer to the nearest tour (as per Tropical Trekking's schedule).

* The transfer to the nearest tour will be announced by Tropical Trekking. You can reschedule within a maximum of 3 months from the date of tour postponement.

2.2 For products

Customers need to check the condition of goods and can exchange/return the goods at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

- The goods do not match the type, model in the order or as shown on the website at the time of order.
- The quantity or set is incomplete as in the order.
- The exterior condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.
- Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents to prove the above shortcomings to complete the exchange/return process.

3. Regulations on Notification and Return of Products

- Notification time for exchange/return: Within 48 hours from the time of receiving the product in case of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
- Product return time: Within 14 days from the time of receiving the product.
- Return location: Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or send it via postal service.
- If you have any feedback/complaints regarding product quality, please contact our customer care hotline.
